It's Friday, are you ready to get "flocked"? The Delta Xi Chapter of Neoga, IL is seeing pink with their spring fundraiser called "You've been flocked". A flock of pink plastic flamingos will appear in yards across Neoga. With a donation, the flock will be removed and sent to another yard of your choice.
