A new ESA chapter was chartered in San Antonio, TX on Sunday May 5, 2013. All six members of the Sigma Phi chapter of San Antonio, TXl, former Gamma Phi members, are so excited to continue ESA's good work in the San Antonio area. We can't wait to see all the good work they will do.
